Working Principle: 

 Bottles can be well cleaned after three times rinsing by water and steam with upper and lower spraying plate. Finally bottles on the tray will be sent out by pushing cylinder.

The whole process is controlled by programmable controller with reliable operation. Bottles firstly are put onto the tray by workers and sent to the working district. After the process is over, pushing cylinder will be pushed out automatically.

     High speed-- bottles are cleaned on trays and cleaning period of every tray is very short, therefore the cleaning is fast fitting for manufacturers dealing with large batches.

     No damages-- bottles keep under stable state and have no impact with machine in the cleaning process; therefore there will not be damages.
